**EarthLink Business has certified Cisco Call Manager in a network utilizing a CUBE. If the customer is not utilizing a CUBE, then we required the Call Manager be equipped with MTP resources.

***ShoreTel deployments require the customer to purchase an InGate SIParator. This is a manufacturer requirement, and EarthLink Business is not responsible for the procurement of this device for the customer.
